I’m a software engineer based in Boston. I work remotely for Prof. Uri Wilensky at the Center for Connected Learning and Computer-Based Modeling at Northwestern University near Chicago.
I’m the lead developer of NetLogo, a Logo derivative for building agent-based models and other simulations. I have a general interest in programming language design and implementation.
Historically the NetLogo codebase was all Java, but we are now developing partly in Scala.
